Neil joined the Board on 3 October 2022 as Proudfoot CEO. On 5 March 2024, Neil was also appointed Chairman and CEO of MCG. Neil is a highly ambitious and successful leader with a strong track record in growing, diversifying, and creating consulting, digital & technology businesses. As a strategic innovator, Neil has successfully launched new businesses and attracted third-party investment from both finance and private equity institutions.
With over 20 years’ experience across Digital, Innovation, Clean Energy, Inclusion & Diversity, Engineering and R&D, Neil has led and advised teams on large-scale complex business transformations achieving sustainable results for major global companies in USA, Europe, Africa and Asia. Neil believes in taking full accountability for delivery and has developed outcome-based consulting, technology and outsourcing solutions, supported by enduring client relationships based on trust and partnership for the long-term benefit of both organizations.
As Proudfoot’s CEO, Neil will spearhead the company so that it can continue making a positive difference by helping clients accelerate sustainable operations through people, so they can unlock the hidden value in their business and transform into the company of the future.


Graham is the Managing Partner of Stage Capital (, a private equity firm backed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Glendower Capital.
He also serves as the Chairman of the Investment Committee of Menhaden Capital Advisors, the manager of Menhaden Capital PLC (, an investment company listed on the London Stock Exchange, and is a member of the investment committee of Apis Partners (
He is Vice Chair of the Rivers Trust and a trustee of African Mountain Research.
Until April 2014 Graham was Chairman of the Executive Committee of RIT Capital Partners plc (“RIT”) and headed up RIT’s private investment business. Before that Graham was the founder and head of the Standard Bank Group’s global Principal Investment business. Previously he was a founding partner at MidOcean Partners, formerly DB Capital, which he joined from Goldman Sachs.
Graham is a Rhodes Scholar, with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Cape Town, and an MA from Oxford.


Marco Capello joined the Board on 18 June 2010. He is the founder and managing partner of BlueGem Capital Partners LLP. From 2002 to 2006 he was a managing director of Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity. Previously he worked for over 18 years at First Boston, Wasserstein Perella and,since 1994 at Merrill Lynch. During his career in investment banking he worked primarily in mergers and acquisitions both in New York and London. Mr Capello holds an MBA frm Columbia University in New York. He graduated in Civil Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino. He is a board member of Olicar S.p.A, The Private Clinic Limited, Fintyre S.p.A, Neomobile S.p.A., Liberty Ltd and Ufi Filters S.p.A. He is a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nominations Committee.


Chuck leads the North America business, bringing 27 years of direct industry and management consulting experience. He has a proven track record of results in Mining, Oil & Gas, Aerospace & Defense, and Manufacturing across North America and globally. His experience in automation, technology, and digitization further strengthens the capabilities of the Proudfoot organization.
Chuck began his Proudfoot career in 2000 as a consultant and held various positions of increasing responsibility, reaching VP of Business Analysis. He then went on to take progressive operational leadership roles at Invensys Controls and Invensys IOM (Schneider). Following 12 years in technology and as CEO of a boutique consulting company, Chuck returns to Proudfoot from his most recent position as SVP of Digital Transformation with Siemens Advanta.


Trevor has substantial experience developing organizational transformation solutions and leveraging off the collective skills of his team to implement these solutions into his clients across the natural resources, energy, and industrial sectors.
Trevor has worked with Boards and all levels, both on individual and team levels in 29 countries across Africa, Asia, North America, South America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Trevor has completed a degree in Financial Accounting, holds a postgraduate in Business Administration and has completed a program in Digital Strategy and Disruption.
